Born in Milan in 1952 where he studied at the G.Verdi Conservatory: bassoon, double bass and percussion. He wrote songs for artists like
Mia Martini, Mina, Ornella Vanoni, Al Bano, Riccardo Fogli, Eros Ramazzotti, Antonello Venditti, Renato Zero, Josh Groban, Placido Domingo, Miguel Bose,
Toquinho, Miriam Makeba.
